The Amman Business Central District represents the new heart of the Jordanian capital, transforming highly underused hectares of prime real estate in Al Abdali district into an urban focal point built around a number of architectural anchors. These include: a pedestrian commercial spine (The Boulevard); an open-air shopping center (The Central Market Place) with mixed retail, catering and entertainment facilities; state-of-the-art high-rise office buildings; upscale hotels and residential quarters; and a modern convention center.
With a detailed infrastructure network serving a potential population of 45,000, the new Amman downtown will reshape the capital's skyline by having a distinctive urban character showcasing both vibrant pedestrian networks and impressive business facilities, lifting the Jordanian economy to new heights.

About 310 Commercial Building:
Strategically located at the intersection of the pedestrian network and interacting with the Boulevard Nabulsi piazza in Amman, this office building compensates its limited size by the mastermind of its design, elevating creativity to a new level.
The "three-to-the-power-ten" building meets the challenge of creating an innovative dynamic facade while abiding by strict building restrictions through motorized textile skins along the three visible facades of the building. The result is a uniquely ever-changing effect, creating multiple buildings out of one and shaping the ever-changing landscape of a major Amman Business Central District area. The innovative outer building design is met with prevalent open space platforms for office use and a car park accessible through a car elevator.
